Job description

St. Michaels Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Anesthesiologist to join their collegial team. This role offers the opportunity to train Anesthesiologist residents and contribute to a teaching and research center known for state-of-the-art technology and cutting-edge research. Located a short drive from Manhattan, this position provides a chance to enjoy city amenities while living outside the immediate urban hustle.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
  • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
  • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
  • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
  • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
  • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Compensation

  • Salary: $535K
  • Sign-on Incentive: Up to $100K
