  • Provide ongoing sales support, product guidance, and problem resolution for advisors and their teams
  • Partner with internal teams and carrier partners to deliver a seamless advisor experience and support business growth
  • Assist with advisor-facing educational content, marketing initiatives, and growth campaigns
  • Monitor advisor activity, identify follow-up opportunities, and support production growth objectives
  • Stay current on Medicare products, carrier offerings, enrollment requirements, and industry trends
Experience you’ll bring:
  • 3 or more years’ experience working in financial service industry
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish credibility and trust with advisors and business partners

  • Strong organizational skills: capacity to manage heavy workload while navigating a variety of competing, ever changing priorities
  • Able to be assertive; hold others accountable to deadlines and established expectations in a professional way
Bonus Points:
  • Experience with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans, or related Medicare products
  • Background in Medicare wholesaling, advisor consulting, insurance distribution, or field sales
  • Experience supporting independent advisors, Broker/Dealer firms, IMOs, FMOs, or similar distribution channels
  • Experience conducting webinars, training sessions, or advisor-facing presentations
  • Working knowledge of ACA products and enrollment processes
  • Active Life amp; Health License
  • AHIP Certification
  • FFM Certification
What you’ll get:
  • Amazing benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401k (with matching options)
