The Opportunity

We are currently seeking a dedicated Staff Coordinator/Scheduler

What You Will Do

  • Develop, manage, and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs, Med Techs)

  • Manage the reduction of overtime, and ensure timekeeping accuracy

  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility staffing requirements for all shifts

  • Respond promptly to call-outs and find appropriate coverage to avoid staffing gaps

  • Support new employee onboarding by coordinating orientation schedules and shadowing/preceptor shifts

What You Must Have

  • Previous experience in healthcare scheduling or staff coordination (preferred in skilled nursing or long-term care)

  • Proficiency with scheduling software, spreadsheets, and computer systems
