Spa Guest Experience Concierge

The experience extends beyond traditional spa offerings. Position Summary
The Spa Guest Experience Concierge is the primary point of contact at Bayside Spa & Fitness, responsible for creating a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role manages reception operations, appointment scheduling, and retail support, with occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close spa and fitness facilities according to standard procedures
  • Welcome guests and ensure efficient check-in and check-out
  • Schedule, adjust, and cancel appointments accurately
  • Recommend services, packages, and retail products
  • Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, salon, and med spa offerings
  • Conduct facility tours and assist with guest inquiries
  • Uphold service standards to deliver a consistently exceptional experience

Qualifications

Required

  • Customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer and math skills
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Service-oriented with attention to detail

Preferred

  • Experience in spa, salon, fitness, hospitality, or wellness environments
