Job description

Skin by Lovely is currently seeking driven, organized, and professional Aesthetic Concierge/ Receptionists to serve our patients and support our growing team in Slabtown. If you are a career-minded individual who loves things like skincare products and Botox, then look no further!

By keeping a focused treatment menu and providing ongoing and regular training, Skin by Lovely is consistently ranked a top practice in the U.S. by Allergan, and Galderma.

Through our sister company, InjectionU, and the support of other educational providers, we are also able to act as an educational center by providing comprehensive, hands-on training, for health care providers new to medical aesthetics, including newly hired Skin by Lovely Injection Specialists.

Our office is the culmination of medicine, artistry, and luxury; creating an inclusive environment where every patient feels special and cared for. We go above and beyond for our patients and seek team members who can create and maintain bonds while also exhibiting the qualities of team orientation, personal accountability, and making a difference.

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior reception or customer service experience.
  • Luxury hotel, hospitality, medical office, or aesthetic clinic experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide an exceptional patient experience by answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, responding to emails and text messages, greeting patients, and assisting with check-in processes.
  • Ensure all required consent forms, photographs, and health assessments are completed and accurate prior to treatment.
  • Educate patients on skincare regimens and pre- and post-treatment care to support optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic and reception environment in accordance with company standards.
  • Uphold company policies, core values, and brand standards by delivering a luxury patient experience, and utilizing elevated communication.

Essential Skills: 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to professionally answer and manage a multi-line phone system.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and email.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, luxury medical aesthetics setting.
