Job Description Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) Rochester, NY Overview: Our well-established, highly regarded med spa in Rochester, NY is seeking an Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to guide patients through their cosmetic journey, from consultation to post-procedure care. This permanent opportunity offers full training in aesthetic procedures, competitive pay plus commission, and the chance to build lasting patient relationships in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Position Offers: Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday or Monday-Friday, with every other weekend Competitive pay: $35-40/hour (DOE), plus commission-based bonus Products at cost Health insurance, 401(k), and dental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Malpractice coverage provided Full training provided for all aesthetic procedures Key Responsibilities: Conduct new patient consultations, including medical history review, aesthetic assessment, and treatment goal discussion Develop individualized aesthetic care plans, outlining recommended treatments and timelines Perform injectable and aesthetic treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, IM injections, and weight management injections, per established protocols Provide laser and skin-tightening treatments as part of the aesthetic service menu Start and manage IV therapies for aesthetic and wellness services, ensuring safe administration and documentation Provide detailed patient education on procedures, expected results, risks, and post-procedure care Monitor patients during and after treatments, recognizing and responding to adverse events or complications Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the med spa team to support patient experience and follow-up care Qualifications: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required Current New York RN licensure required Minimum 1 year of experience as an RN in a clinical setting Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Proven IV start skills and strong knowledge of facial anatomy relevant to aesthetic treatments Willingness to complete specialized aesthetic training and certifications provided by the practice Why Join Us: This is a rewarding opportunity for a clinically skilled RN to grow a career in aesthetics, combining patient care with cosmetic artistry in a thriving, supportive med spa setting.
