Job description

We are seeking an experienced, high-ticket Sales Manager / Patient Care Coordinator to drive lead conversion, manage client consultations, and close sales for treatment packages and spa memberships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients to build customized IV therapy and wellness packages ($500–$3,000+).
  • Follow up on warm leads generated from digital ad campaigns via phone, email, and text.
  • Guide clients through treatment options using clinic sales guides and treatment plans.
