Who We Are and What We Do
Personal Injury law firms will hire companies (like us!) to call providers and retrieve medical records and billing statements on their behalf. Our team work withs directly with healthcare providers to obtain medical records needed for legal cases.
As a member of our Medical Records team, you’ll spend your day making calls, sending emails, and communicating with medical providers to gather client medical records. You’ll have a structured daily workflow with a set of tasks to complete.
We strive to foster both professional and personal growth within our team. In this role, you’ll gain exposure to the legal and healthcare industries while developing your organizational, task management, and professional communication skills.

The Breakdown  

  • Interact with case managers and providers via phone, email, and chat (entry-level computer work)
  • Work through a group of assigned records requests each day
  • Effectively retrieve medical records and bills for law firms
  • Ensure special authorizations are completed
  • Track the progress of requests in our system
  • Interact with providers with enthusiasm to accomplish daily goals 
  • Build genuine relationships with providers and coworkers  
  • Stay organized and professional while handling a steady flow of work 
  • Think critically through unexpected problems 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 
Pay & Schedule:
  • $15-$17/hour starting rate (based on qualifications)
  • Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.
  • No nights or weekends
