Requirements:
Experience with front-office administrative processes and patient registration
Experience with patient check-in and verification of demographic information
Customer service experience in a patient-facing or public-facing environment
Ability to verify documentation accurately and completely
Experience with electronic medical record systems or similar registration platforms
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with patients
Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced clinic setting
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential patient information
Preferred Requirements:
Previous experience in an outpatient clinic or ambulatory care setting
Experience supporting flu, TB, vaccination, or seasonal health clinics
