 Our Medical Receptionists play an essential role in supporting both medical staff and patients. As the first point of contact for a medical facility, they provide professional, compassionate, and efficient customer service while helping ensure smooth communication and daily operations.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls to the appropriate staff member, and accurately relay messages when needed.
  • Collect, verify, and maintain accurate patient information and provide relevant information to appropriate medical staff.
  • Monitor appointment schedules, track provider availability, and assist in preparing patients for their appointments.
  • Notify medical staff when patients arrive, are waiting, or require assistance.
  • Ensure patients complete all required documentation, forms, and sign-in procedures.
  • Process correspondence, records, and file transfers while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Communicate with medical staff throughout the day to help coordinate patient flow and office operations.
  • Provide professional and courteous assistance to patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Maintain a welcoming, organized, and efficient front-desk environment.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support the medical team and overall operation of the facility.

Required Qualification
