What does a medical practice manager do?

A medical practice manager oversees the day-to-day operations of a medical or health care facility. • Oversee revenue cycle management to optimize billing and collections, reporting results in a timely manner.
  • With support from accounting, build budgets and manage accounts payable, payroll, insurance policies, and other financial matters in coordination with outsourced accountants.
