Are you an experienced healthcare leader looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a busy medical practice. In this role, you will lead clinic staff, optimize operational efficiency, oversee financial performance, and help drive continued growth while ensuring an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the daily operations of the medical practice, ensuring efficient clinic workflow
  • Oversee staff scheduling, onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Monitor budgeting, financial reporting, and profit and loss (P&L) statements
  • Coordinate and oversee marketing initiatives to support practice growth
  • Collaborate with the outsourced billing team and provide oversight of billing processes and revenue cycle performance
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Previous experience managing a medical practice is required
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Strong knowledge of medical office operations and healthcare administration
  • Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and P&L management
  • Working knowledge of medical billing and revenue cycle processes preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead teams, improve processes, and maintain a positive patient-focused environment
