Job description

Medical office assistant  in Manalapan, NJ, is seeking a motivated, part-time front and back office person to join our friendly office staff. Reliability, and willingness to learn along with computer skills are a must.  We offer a wonderful opportunity for a team player, in our dynamic office, to interact with medical staff and patients.  If you are looking to use your skills and work in a busy medical setting, you will fit right in at our office. We are looking for an energetic and detail oriented person to please apply! Requirements include proficiency on computer and typing and spelling skills are a must, but we do not require medical experience.   Ability to learn and work on computer software along with strong people skills and compassion for others are required.  If you want to learn, there is much to learn!

Please only apply if you are close to our location, Manalapan, NJ.

This position includes much patient interaction, scheduling patients, checking patients in, updating patient data, working on EMR,  perhaps some scribing  preparation and sanitizing of treatment rooms before and after treatment. Will also train to utilize practice management program. It is preferred that Applicant have a fairly short commute to Manalapan - within 20 minutes is preferable.

Mon/ Thur 2:30 pm to 8pm

Sat mornings 7:15 am to 12:30 pm
