Job description

Key Responsibilities:
● Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical
examination, and interpretation of diagnostic tests
● Accurately document patient encounters, progress notes, and other relevant information
in electronic medical records or other documentation systems.
● Advising patients on preventative care and optimal health practices
● Ensure quality of tests being performed
● Analyze and interpret test results i.e. pft, chest x-rays, abi’s, EKGs, etc...
● Refer patients for further diagnostic testing as needed
● Relay information between clinics and physicians as needed
● Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
● Doctoral degree (M. D., Doctor of Medicine or D.O., Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
● Must be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine, the American Board of Internal Medicine or the American Board of Emergency Medicine.
● Prefer Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
● Adult and Geriatric patient population experience
● Excellent judgment and discretion, ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously,
and meet deadlines
● Detail oriented while maintaining a positive attitude
● Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess a wide range of medical conditions.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures
● Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
