Position Overview

As our Medical Office Receptionist, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be the friendly voice and face of our practice, helping patients feel comfortable and supported from the moment they reach out.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a respectful, courteous, and professional manner, addressing patient inquiries with empathy and care.
  • Confirm and schedule patient appointments efficiently.
  • Greet patients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
  • Collect patient balances and process payments accurately.
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information in the electronic health record system.
  • Handle administrative tasks including faxing, scanning, and filing.
  • Support the clinical team with other front-office duties as needed to ensure excellent patient experience.

Qualifications
