We are seeking a Permanent Medical Director Geriatric Medicine in Massachusetts.

Position Details:
Patient Population: Geriatric
Setting: PACE / Outpatient Community-Based Program
Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical direction and supervision of participant care
  • Oversee clinical outcomes and QAPI program
  • Supervise PCPs and APPs
  • Conduct history and physicals, reassessments, and care planning
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and on-call rotation

Required Procedures: Not specified
