Medical Modeling information

What is medical modeling?

A Medical Modeling job involves creating digital or physical models of anatomical structures for medical applications. Specialists in this field use imaging data, such as CT or MRI scans, to develop accurate 3D models used in surgical planning, custom implants, medical research, or education. These models help improve patient outcomes by providing precise visualizations for healthcare professionals. The role often requires expertise in medical imaging software, 3D printing, and biomedical engineering.

What does a medical modeler do?

A typical workday for Medical Modeling professionals involves collaborating closely with clinicians and researchers to collect, process, and interpret medical imaging data. Tasks often include creating and refining 3D anatomical models, running simulations, validating models against clinical data, and presenting results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You may also participate in team meetings to discuss project progress, troubleshoot complex modeling issues, and integrate new technologies or workflows. The environment is highly collaborative and dynamic, offering opportunities to contribute to cutting-edge medical research and device development.

What skills and qualifications are needed for medical modeling?

Medical Modeling professionals require strong backgrounds in biomedical engineering, anatomy, and advanced computational modeling, typically holding degrees in biomedical engineering, medical physics, or a related field. Expertise in using specialized software like 3D CAD programs, medical imaging platforms (e.g., MRI, CT), and simulation tools, along with relevant certifications, is highly valued. Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and effective interdisciplinary communication are crucial soft skills in this field. These competencies ensure accurate creation of patient-specific models and effective collaboration with clinicians and researchers for improved healthcare outcomes.

Medical Assistant

Greenbrook Medical

Job description

This role will support one of our new clinics opening this fall (anticipated October 1, 2026). The expected start date for this position will fall between August 25 and September 8, 2026, allowing time for onboarding and hands‑on training at our Hudson and Spring Hill clinics prior to opening. Additional details about the training timeline and expectations will be reviewed during the interview process.

About Us

Greenbrook Medical is building the new standard in primary care.

We deliver high-touch, relationship-based care through neighborhood clinics, grounded in a simple belief: every senior deserves the kind of care we would want for our own families. Our model prioritizes time with patients, strong care coordination, and a personalized approach that improves outcomes while lowering total cost of care.

We take full accountability for patient outcomes and overall cost of care, aligning clinical excellence with disciplined execution. That commitment shows up in our results, including a patient Net Promoter Score of 91, compared to 32 for typical healthcare organizations.

Rooted in Tampa Bay and partnered with Tampa General Hospital, we are entering an exciting phase of growth. Backed by strong unit economics, experienced operators, and a proven playbook, we are looking for builders and operators who want to help scale a healthcare platform designed to deliver better care, better coordination, and better outcomes for seniors.

About The Role

As a Medical Assistant, you're the heart of every patient visit.

From the moment a patient walks in, you set the tone, taking vitals, prepping them for their provider, and making sure they feel seen and cared for. All medical assistants are cross-trained across front office, back office, labs and referrals.

You'll move between clinical and administrative work throughout the day: drawing blood, running EKGs, updating records, and coordinating follow-ups, keeping each visit flowing so providers can focus on care.

This is hands-on, fast-paced, people-first work where your attention to detail directly shapes patient outcomes and experience. You'll report to the Center Manager, with room to take on more as we grow.

Location: Brooksville clinic (some local travel may be required to help cover other centers)

Anticipated Clinic Opening: October 1, 2026
We are hiring ahead of go‑live so our new teams are fully trained and ready to deliver exceptional care on day one.

Training & Onboarding:
Training will occur at our Hudson and Spring Hill clinics prior to opening.

Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

What You'll Do

Own the patient visit, start to finish

  • Take and record vitals, medical histories, and medication lists
  • Prep patients for their exam so the provider can focus on care

Handle the hands-on clinical work

  • Administer medications, injections, and treatments as directed by the provider
  • Draw blood and run basic lab tests
  • Perform EKGs and PFTs

Keep records and scheduling tight

  • Document accurately in the EMR and keep patient records clean
  • Coordinate scheduling and follow-up appointments to keep care on track
  • Answer patient questions promptly with concierge-level support

Move as one care team

  • Partner with providers and staff to create seamless patient experiences
  • Pitch in to help cover other areas of the clinic when the team needs you
  • Bring a patient-first mindset while upholding our standards of care

What Success Looks Like

  • Patients are prepped and seen on time, with minimal wait
  • Records and documentation are accurate and complete before and after every visit
  • Strong follow-up compliance that keeps patients on track
  • You help sustain a clinic patient NPS of 90+
  • Patient volume handled without dropping quality of care

About You

You bring:

  • 3+ years as a medical assistant, ideally in a primary care setting
  • Confidence with vitals, blood draws, EKGs, and basic labs
  • Strong communication skills that build trust with patients and teammates
  • The ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced clinic
  • Composure and professionalism when things get busy
  • Bring genuine warmth and a concierge-level approach to senior care
  • A mindset grounded in our core values of Heart, Excellence, Accountability, Resilience, and Teamwork

You stand out if you:

  • Are a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)
  • Speak both English and Spanish
  • Take ownership and look for ways to make the clinic run better
