Regional Medical Office Manager Description:
Our Medical Practice is looking for a Regional Medical Office Manager to oversee operations across our Miami-Dade and Broward County offices.
This professional will assist the Office Managers with the day to day management of multiple medical practice locations, while providing regional leadership, operation support, and guidance to ensure consistency and efficiency across all offices.
The Regional Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations to support operational planning, training, and the ongoing evaluation and improvement of practice operations. This role will be responsible for assisting with the development of operational processes, identifying opportunities for process improvement, and ensuring established policies and procedures are consistently followed. i
Requirements:
  • Minimum two years management experience in a Multiple MEDICAL office, managing 10 or more employees
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
  • Basic Accounting Principles
  • Strong customer service skills & ethic
  • Strong organizational skills and computer skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects at one time.

The incumbent must also be capable of lifting up to 15 pounds.
