Depending on your employer, you may also maintain databases and help source research materials.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a medical librarian, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Medical Librarian, you need a master's degree in library science (MLS/MLIS) and a strong understanding of medical terminology, research methods, and information management.
