The Receptionist & Client Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for Hailey Petty Law Firm - both in person and on the phone. This role owns the front desk and all standard reception functions, while also serving as the firm's first filter for potential new clients: gathering information, qualifying leads, and setting up qualified prospects for a smooth handoff to the sales team. This is a true hybrid role, blending traditional front-desk hospitality with the judgment and people skills of an intake/sales-support function.
