Job description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager – Clinical Domain to help drive the evolution of clinical workflows within the Enterprise Health occupational health platform.

This role will lead product discovery, strategy, and execution for clinical documentation, surveillance, injury management, and compliance workflows that power occupational health programs for large employers and health systems.

The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with clinical stakeholders, engineering teams, and customer-facing teams to ensure Enterprise Health delivers intuitive, efficient, and compliant clinical workflows that meet the complex needs of occupational health providers.

This role owns the Clinical product domain, ensuring the platform effectively supports care delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while incorporating modern capabilities such as AI-assisted documentation, intelligent workflow automation, and advanced reporting.

This is not a task execution role. This role is responsible for shaping product direction, prioritizing high-impact initiatives, and continuously improving how Enterprise Health supports clinical operations at scale.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Product Strategy & Discovery

○ Lead discovery to understand customer pain points, workflow challenges, and regulatory needs

○ Translate customer insights into clear product opportunities and prioritized initiatives

○ Define product roadmap aligned to business strategy and customer outcomes

○ Validate solutions through research, prototyping, and iterative feedback

○ Develop deep understanding of occupational health clinical workflows, regulatory requirements, and provider needs

○ Partner with clinical SMEs to ensure the product supports safe, compliant, and efficient care delivery

○ Identify opportunities to improve clinical efficiency, documentation quality, and regulatory compliance

Clinical Workflow Platform Development

○ Own the lifecycle of clinical workflow capabilities including documentation, injury management, surveillance, and medical compliance

○ Partner with engineering and design to deliver scalable, usable clinical workflows

○ Ensure clinical workflows meet regulatory requirements including OSHA, surveillance programs, and employer compliance needs

○ Support incorporation of AI-assisted capabilities such as documentation support, triage guidance, and workflow automation

○ Ensure clinical workflows are intuitive and efficient for providers, minimizing documentation burden and supporting safe patient care

Commercialization & Adoption

○ Partner with Client Success and GTM teams to drive adoption and customer value realization

○ Align cross-functional teams around priorities, initiatives, and delivery plans

○ Define KPIs tied to usage, satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and retention

○ Measure product performance and iterate based on real-world feedback

○ Support enablement, documentation, and release readiness

Clinical Domain Leadership

○ Serve as product lead for the Clinical domain within the Enterprise Health platform

○ Collaborate with other domain product managers to ensure workflows integrate seamlessly across the platform

○ Partner with the AI Product Manager to incorporate AI-driven capabilities into clinical workflows where appropriate

○ Contribute to the broader Enterprise Health product strategy

○ Communicate clearly with leadership on progress, tradeoffs, and impact

Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's in a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in SaaS product leadership and AI-driven solutions.
  • Experience: 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, clinical SaaS or enterprise software. Experience owning complex clinical workflows or platform capabilities end-to-end. Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams. Experience delivering products in regulated or compliance driven environments preferred
  • Skills:

○ Strong product discovery and problem framing abilities

○ Ability to prioritize initiatives based on customer impact, strategic fit, and ROI

○ Deep understanding of enterprise workflows and systems

○ Excellent stakeholder communication and alignment skills

○ Comfort operating in ambiguity and evolving product environments

  • Certifications: Pragmatic Marketing, Agile / Scrum, and healthcare IT certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

○ Experience building or supporting clinical documentation systems, EHR workflows, or healthcare operational systems

○ Experience in healthcare IT, EHRs, or regulated industries

○ Experience in occupational health, employer health, or clinical operations solutions

○ Experience driving adoption and customer value in enterprise SaaS

○ Experience in delivering AI / ML powered features and capabilities

○ Experience modernizing legacy platforms or complex systems

○ Occupational health, nursing, or other clinical background preferred

○ MBA or relevant advanced degree
