JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives that support organizational growth and operational excellence. This role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive key projects from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and company priorities. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication, analytical, and project management skills who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Requirements
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage cross-functional strategic growth initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring alignment with executive priorities, timelines, and business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, status reports, risk logs, and accountability measures to drive visibility, execution, and successful outcomes across departments.
  • Partner closely with executive leadership to identify operational improvement opportunities, support organizational scaling efforts, and implement process enhancements that improve efficiency and overall performance.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks or roadblocks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep initiatives on track.
  • Analyze project outcomes, key performance indicators, and business impact metrics to provide recommendations and support data-driven growth strategies.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through on deliverables and deadlines.
  • Support change management efforts by helping teams adapt to new processes, systems, and organizational initiatives.
  • Other duties & special projects, as assigned and based on business needs.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
JOB RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
  • 3+ years of project management, operations, or strategic initiatives experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with leadership teams and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred.
  • Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization, and performance reporting is highly preferred.

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Any lifting, bending, traveling, etc. required to do the job duties listed above. Long periods of sitting and computer work.
