Exterior Project Manager/Estimator
Lotspeich Co. of FL, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager & Senior Estimator with Exterior/Stucco knowledge and experience.
Position Requirements:
  • 2-5 years related experience
  • Must be able to prepare a comprehensive estimate and proposal for the G.C. or owner
  • Must be able to negotiate job costs (material and labor) to help ensure an award
  • Managing and coordinating the job successfully with other "in-house" divisions
  • Must attend job site meetings mandated by the customer
  • Must have cursory or "working" knowledge of EIFS, stucco, exterior framing and truss systems
  • Must be able to interpret costs related to the project
  • Review costs associated with project with Project Manager / Field Management
  • Attend construction related events, meetings and seminars pertaining to our scope of work
  • Manage subordinate superintendents and provide overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units
