Are you someone who lights up when talking to people and genuinely cares about their well-being? Do you have a passion for holistic medicine and a desire to make a difference in the lives of women?
We're looking for a friendly, confident Front Desk Associate to join our team at Ballard Acupuncture Center - a thriving, heart-centered clinic that supports women through life's many transitions, including fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause.
About the Role:
This is more than just a front desk job - it's an opportunity to be part of something meaningful. You'll help us create a warm, welcoming space for our patients and play a key role in making sure their healing experience is smooth and supportive from the moment they walk in.
Hours Available:
  • Wednesday 2 - 6:30 pm
  • Thursday 1-6:30 pm
  • Friday 1-6:30 pm
  • Saturday 9-6:30 pm

Compensation & Benefits:
  • $24/hr
  • 4 paid holidays (Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day & Independence Day)

Responsibilities
What You'll Be Doing:
• Greeting and checking patients in and out with kindness and professionalism
• Scheduling appointments and handling phone/email communications
• Opening and closing the clinic
• Preparing simple herbal formulas (training provided!)
• Light laundry and setting up treatment rooms
• Keeping the front desk running efficiently and peacefully
Qualifications
You'd be a great fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, admin, or customer service role
• Communicate clearly and kindly (both in person and in writing)
• Can multitask and stay organized, even on busy days
• Are available to work Saturdays
• Enjoy holistic health, helping people, and being part of a supportive team
• Know your way around a computer (Microsoft Office is a plus!)
