Job description

Serves as the Team Manager for the of the ATO AJV Western Service Center, Resource Management Group,Business Operations Support Team, AJV-W650.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your resume that you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade/pay level (FG-14/FV-J) in the Federal service. Specialized experience is experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been equivalent to the next lower grade in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization. Examples of specialized experience includes: Experience applying detailed knowledge of technical and administrative policies and procedures, and a comprehensive understanding of the objectives of ATO and the FAA. Demonstrated ability to work closely with the ATO staff to ensure continuous improvement(s) of internal processes and procedures. Ensures all projects/programs align with the strategic (short-term and long-term) goals and objectives of ATO. Anticipates and quickly adapts to changing management needs. Also applies a thorough understanding of management and strategic planning principles and the ability to integrate the work of multiple organizational units/projects/ programs to accomplish.
