We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physician to provide comprehensive medical care in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) in South Bend, IN. The Physician will play a critical role in assessing, diagnosing, and managing the healthcare needs of residents, ensuring high-quality care in a long-term care setting.
