Who We Are Looking For


We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in the folding carton packaging industry. We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused business developer who has a proven ability to generate new business, grow strategic customer accounts, and build long-term partnerships.


The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional who understands how to identify opportunities, navigate complex customer relationships, and drive revenue growth through new customer acquisition.


What You Will Do


Drive territory growth by converting opportunities into revenue through strategic business development and account expansion. 

Build and manage a strong pipeline within target markets by following up on leads, presenting solutions, negotiating agreements, and closing new business opportunities. 

Develop long-term customer relationships by serving as a trusted packaging partner and solutions resource. 

Expand product offerings and identify additional revenue opportunities within existing customer accounts. 

Manage and grow an active book of business while building relationships with both prospective and existing customers throughout the sales process. 

Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Estimating, Operations, and Quality teams to deliver responsive, high-quality packaging solutions. 

Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasting, pipeline visibility, and account management within the CRM system. 


How You Will Do It


Follow through on prospect leads through networking, industry relationships, referrals, outreach, and customer engagement. 

Leverage packaging industry expertise and market knowledge to identify customer needs and position Premier Packaging solutions effectively. 

Deliver professional presentations, proposals, and sales strategies aligned with customer goals and operational capabilities. 

Independently manage territory planning, pipeline development, customer communication, and revenue growth initiatives with a strong focus on execution and results. 

Build credibility and trust through responsiveness, follow-through, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. 

Consistently drive activity focused on revenue generation, relationship management, and achieving territory growth targets. 


Qualifications & Experience


8+ years of folding carton, packaging, printing, or related manufacturing sales experience. 

Proven success generating new business and growing strategic customer accounts. 

Strong understanding of folding carton packaging applications, materials, and manufacturing processes. 

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office products. 

Ability to travel up to 50%. 

Bachelor's degree preferred.
