Job description

Operator I Plano, TX 75024 Summary: We are seeking a Medical Device Assembler I to join our production team. In role, you will work in a cleanroom environment to assemble, test, and inspect high-quality implantable medical devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators. You will follow standardized procedures under close supervision and contribute to the safety, quality, and continuous improvement goals of the organization.

Responsibilities: Assemble, test, and repair medical devices and components in a manufacturing cell Follow written procedures and verbal instructions accurately Maintain up-to-date and accurate production and quality documentation Operate within cleanroom and safety guidelines at all times Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Clearly communicate with team members and supervisors Support divisional quality, environmental, and regulatory initiatives Handle small components with precision and care Prioritize work effectively and make sound judgments under supervision Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ Years small parts assembly experience 1+ Years Microscope experience 1+ Years Microsoft Office experience Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions Familiarity with electronic data collection systems and software is a plus Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment Cleanroom Dress Code Requirements: Clothing must be non-shedding and free of loose threads, glitter, or frayed hems No makeup, artificial nails, or scented products Closed-toe, low-heeled shoes required; no sandals, slippers, or open heels Gowning procedures must be followed precisely Jewelry and accessories must not interfere with safety or gowning compliance Nails must be natural and trimmed; no polish or acrylics allowed Additional Information: Work is closely monitored and reviewed Opportunities for skill development and advancement available Positive attitude and teamwork are highly valued Must be able to meet all company safety and quality standards
