We’re seeking an experienced HVAC Foreman to lead HVAC technicians and installers on commercial construction projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role for an experienced HVAC professional who can manage crews, coordinate with project teams, read plans and blueprints, and ensure HVAC installations are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to code.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and supervise HVAC technicians and installers on construction sites
  • Coordinate daily work assignments based on project schedules and priorities
  • Train, mentor, and support crew members
  • Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and project requirements
  • Coordinate work with project managers, engineers, general contractors, and other trades
  • Oversee HVAC installation, ductwork, piping, and refrigeration systems
  • Monitor quality, productivity, materials, and project progress
  • Ensure work complies with safety requirements, building codes, and specifications
  • Maintain daily logs, timesheets, and progress reports
  • Troubleshoot jobsite issues and help keep projects on schedule
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED; trade school certification preferred
  • Several years of HVAC installation/repair experience
  • 3+ years of HVAC supervisory or foreman experience
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, blueprints, and construction practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
  • HVAC/R certification or licensing as required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to meet company vehicle driving requirements
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work at heights, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to stand, walk, kneel, climb, and work for extended periods
