Dahl Automotive is expanding in the thriving Rochester, MN community, and we're looking for an Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialist to join our growing team! This vital role helps keep our dealership operations running smoothly by ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, receivables, and financial records. Your responsibilities and contributions:

  • Post invoices into DMS
  • Reconcile vendor statements with data entry on invoices from respective vendors.
  • Accurately post all received cash/check for company sales transactions.
  • Accurately post credit card payments to clear schedule.
  • Track credit memo, packing slip, etc. to match vendor statements.
  • Scan and assign invoices.
  • Clean-up applicable schedules (accounts receivable, cash clearing, and credit card clearing).
  • Prepare accounts receivable aging reports for senior management for their review as to potential collections or new business opportunities.
  • Process service and parts department deposit receipts.
  • Pay vendors after obtaining the proper approvals.
  • Process check requests.
  • Reconcile manufacturer parts statements with support documents.
  • Track and collect accounts receivable balances and send monthly AR statements to Vendors.
