Tombras, a 450+ person, full-service, national advertising agency with a digital mindset, is seeking a Copywriter Intern.
You'll be joining one of the top independent agencies in North America. Connecting Data & Creativity for Business Results® is working for our clients and creating a flywheel affect fueling both client and agency growth. Where you'll be working: NYC
What to expect as a Copywriter Intern:
Commitment to a 9 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 06/16/26 and ending on 08/14/26 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
What you'll be doing:
  • Work with the Creative team to contribute to the conceptual and written development of various projects.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Directors, and Copywriters to execute copy.
  • Write copy for both internal presentations and client deliverables.
  • Research trends and assist in concepting how a variety of brands could potentially participate, copy included.
  • Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.

What you bring:
  • Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a Bachelor's program, or a recent graduate with a major in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or similar field (a degree is not required)
  • A passion for advertising and an eagerness to tell a story and a gift for making people see it
  • Proficiency in a Mac environment and experience in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs and Keynote
  • You work well as a team player in a flexible, dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • You must be extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • You possess strong written and verbal communication skills
