What You Bring to the Table -Requirements
To thrive in this role and meet the stringent requirements of the CDSE program, you must meet the following criteria:
  • Education & Applied Experience: Must meet one of the following criteria:
  • Option A: A bachelor's degree from an accredited university AND at least five (5) years of applied experience in security program implementation and operation within your SME discipline.
  • Option B: In lieu of a degree, you must have at least eight (8) years of applied, hands-on experience in security program implementation and operations.
  • Mandatory Certifications: You must hold a current Department of Defense Manual (DODM) 8140 Identity and Access Management (IAM) Level III certification.
  • Security Clearance: You must possess an active Personnel Clearance/Eligibility (PCL) at the Secret level.
  • Subject Matter Mastery: Absolute mastery of the knowledge, skills, and policies related to your cybersecurity discipline, backed by substantial, relevant work experience.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually.
