TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified Med/Surg RN in Durant, Oklahoma, 74701!

Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical

Durant, Oklahoma

Schedule / Job Type

Contract (13 Weeks) | Travel | Full-Time | Onsite | Days, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care on a Medical Surgical unit with a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
  • Float between Medical Surgical floors as required to support staffing needs
  • Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes using Cerner EMR
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
  • Adhere to unit protocols, scheduling guidelines, and facility dress code requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical nursing experience
  • Current BLS certification
  • Current ACLS certification
  • PALS certification required within 6 months of start date
  • Proficiency with Cerner EMR
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Prior travel nursing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new environments and float between units
