Job DescriptionAdvanced Chairside Assisting: Execute seamless four-handed dentistry alongside the dentist during complex procedures across restorations, prosthodontics, endodontics, and pediatric dentistry.
Digital Diagnostics & Imaging: Confidently operate advanced medical imaging equipment, including 3D oral scanners and digital X-ray systems, to support highly precise diagnoses.
Clinical Documentation & Tech: Maintain meticulous electronic medical records (EMR) across platforms like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic, ensuring flawless entry of treatment plans, medical history, and clinical documentation.
Patient Comfort & Monitoring: Assess patient comfort, explain intricate dental and medical terminology in patient-friendly language, and monitor vital signs throughout treatment.
Sterilization & Compliance: Command strict infection control protocols, utilizing aseptic techniques to prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and strictly adhere to HIPAA and safety regulations.
