Summary of Job Duties:The Appointment Business Center Scheduler III (Access Coordinator III) answers telephones and coordinates appointments in a call center environment. The Appointment Business Center Scheduler III plays a crucial role in our organization by supporting patient care activities. demographic .
Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Three (3)years of customer service experience preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment.
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology required.
  • Intermediate proficiency with computers (MS Office Suite preferred).
  • Basic keyboard and telephone etiquette skills.
  • General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with EPIC system.
  • Call center experience.
