The JF Petroleum Group stands as a premier leader in the North American fueling infrastructure industry, offering comprehensive turn-key solutions for distribution, construction, and service needs. We serve a diverse clientele including retail fueling stations, commercial and government fleets, and emergency power customers.
A Portal Associate is key to the overall success of JF Petroleum. This position is responsible for ensuring that all invoices for assigned accounts are loaded into customer portals accurately and timely.
The pay scale for this position is $22-25/hr depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all invoices are accurately loaded into customer portals in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate with billing, collections and other internal and external customers.
  • Proactively drive portal errors to resolution by working with management and customers.
  • Complete special assignments as requested by the Portals Supervisor.
  • Document current department processes and procedures.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and process optimization

Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year of billing and data entry experience preferred.
  • High School diploma/GED, required.
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail while handling a high-volume workload.
  • High typing and 10-key counts
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Strong ability to grasp 3rd party portals and other non-traditional computer applications.
  • Must be able to meet company's employment requirements, which includes passing a drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR, if driving for the company
  • Physical Requirements: include occasional lifting/carrying of 10 pounds; visual acuity, speech and hearing; hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Subject to sitting, standing, reaching, walking, twisting, and kneeling to perform the essential functions. Working conditions are primarily inside an office environment. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
