Responsibilities:
1. Handling a caseload of personal injury claims from inception through resolution.
2. Conducting client meetings to understand their needs and expectations.
3. Investigating, collecting, and preserving evidence to support the client's claim.
4. Drafting, filing, and arguing motions in court.
5. Representing clients in depositions, mediations, and trials.
6. Negotiating settlements with defense attorneys and insurance companies.
Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
3. License to practice law in the state.
4. Proven experience in handling depositions, trials, and mediations.
5. Extensive knowledge of personal injury law, including catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases.
6. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
