Location: 723 S Wisconsin St, Pulaski, WI 54162
FTE Status: Full Time, 0.90 FTE (36 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Day shifts, Monday-Friday; No weekends or holidays

Job Description:
  • Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse.
  • Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act.
  • Provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
  • Please note: In this position, one will be working within our clinic's lab ~1 day per week.
Qualifications:
  • If LPN, Wisconsin LPN license required.
  • If Medical Assistant, AAMA/CCMA certification required at time of hire, or within 3 months of hire if graduated from an accredited Medical Assisting program.
