Job description

The Account Executive will sell and market Multi-Site HealthCare integrated medical services to local business and insurance companies. Primary responsibility will be to grow the patient counts per day, increase the number of local businesses using our services and to the consumer through marketing, grassroots initiatives and sales strategies and events.

The Account Executive will work closely with marketing to grow brand awareness.  The Account Executive will initiate and manage referral relationships with local businesses.  Both maintain and enhance existing relationships, and developing new relationships with potential new businesses, via marketing our locations and services via phone, sales calls, email and tracking referral providers.

The Account Executive will work with attorney partner coordinators to effectuate seamless coordination of care between centers and specialists.  While in market, the Account Executive will be expected to meet daily with referral sources for purposes of finding the referral source/decision maker and educating them on our centers and services. This will be accomplished through identifying, developing, maintaining, and expanding relationships with organizations in our local communities who are in a position to refer potential patients to Multi-Specially HealthCare.

Job Duties:

  • Represent and market the Company’s services to the business and insurance community.
  • Maintain existing business relationships to promote the consultative, efficient delivery of health services to patients and clients.
  • Generate new business relationships to promote the consultative, efficient delivery of health services to patients and clients. 
  • Assist the “Marketing Team” in development of sales and customer service plans and ensure their successful completion.
  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan with the involvement of the Marketing Team that meets or exceeds the business development goals of the Company including, but not limited to, the required business visits per day, follow-up plans, and closing ratios.
  • Create and execute a customer service plan that clearly identifies customer requirements, effectively communicates with other Company personnel, documents and resolves customer complaints, maintains existing customer relationships and increases the type of services by existing customers.
  • Maintains and communicates accurate, complete and current sales call records, sales summaries and other required documentation to appropriate parties.
  • Acquire and maintain a complete understanding of the personal injury field and workers’ compensation regulatory issues that drive the industry
  • Ability to utilize such understanding in the assessment of employer’s occupational healthcare needs.
  • Maintain a current profile of the local market including, but not limited to, marketplace demographics, potential customers and healthcare providers competitive with the Company.
  • Represent the Company in local community and business trade groups, associations, and other forums.
  • Attend sales meetings and functions outside of regular business hours.

Additional Skills/Competencies

  • Prior sales/marketing experience in healthcare.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience working in a CMS; Salesforce experience highly desired.
  • Effective at developing and executing on marketing strategies.
  • Problem solving and organizational skills.
  • Typing at 50+ WPM.
  • Working knowledge of word processing programs and spreadsheets.
  • Ability/experience training other members of the Marketing Team.

Physical/Mental Requirements

Sitting, standing, walking, reaching above shoulder length, working with body bent over at waist, working in kneeling position, climbing stairs, climbing ladders, working with arms extended at shoulder length, lifting maximum of 20 lbs.
