Purpose

As the Account Executive (Must reside within Territory: IA, NE, MO, KS), You will be responsible for achieving the required sales objectives for your territory. The Account Executive is essential in ensuring delivery of the highest quality standards, impacting the company and the clients we support. You’ll have the opportunity to learn from the individuals that have played a part in building the business while helping thousands of people worldwide.

Responsibilities include:

Build, develop and manage accounts and distributor relationships in the assigned territory.

Carry out needed sales and service initiatives while meeting established sales plan objectives.

Identify and qualify prospects by telephone, cold call facilities for visits, and networking.

Develop proposals and conduct sales presentations for prospective customers.

Utilize resources to determine customer opportunities, volume potential, and time and territory management.

Plan sales calls continuously, organize time for adequate coverage for a multi-state territory.

Conduct training and Inservice with Distributor's and end user providers.

Maintain accurate data in HubSpot CRM.

Answer customer support queries through HubSpot or Zendesk.

Attend national and regional trade shows and represent Intersurgical Inc. and its products.

What We’re Looking for

Bachelor's degree

Previous sales experience, in the medical industry

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization

This position requires frequent travel. The following requirements apply:

Must have a valid passport for international travel

Travel will be up to 3 weeks monthly, with overnight stays, may include weekends, to ensure comprehensive territory coverage and participation in national/regional trade shows and meetings.

Travel will be mainly within assigned territory

Travel expense control required

Requirements

Must be able to speak, read and write English

Must be able to sit, stand and/or walk for extended periods of time

Immunizations are required by most vendor credentialing organizations and by hospitals as a general policy. Account Executives are required to maintain immunizations as required to maintain vendor access. The company will reimburse standard, usual, and customary fees for immunizations.
