Our Telecoms, Media & Technology Practice Are Looking For An Experienced Consultant To Join The Team

We are looking for talented people who can combine strong Telco, Media and Technology consulting experience with the entrepreneurial spirit needed to help us continue to provide outstanding work to our clients. We work across major telco providers, publishers, broadcasters, music rights organizations, media agencies, technology companies and many other global TMT organizations.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Advising TMT clients on 'hot topics' such as AI, Commercial Growth, Direct-to-Consumer, Rights and Royalties, Monetizing Digital Media and key regulations impacting the future of TMT businesses
  • Setting up and leading complex strategic and transformational engagements for global clients across areas, such as market-entry strategy, operating model development & implementation, organizational design, end-to-end process improvement, customer strategy, customer service and sales effectiveness improvement, lead to cash programs, pre- and post-merger integration.
  • Own client workstreams end-to-end, including shaping project scope, deliverables, and commercials
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams across strategy, tech, and transformation
  • Mentor and develop consultants; set standards for delivery quality
  • Support broader practice and business development activities

Your Skills And Experience

Our Consultant role requires 3+ years of experience in a consulting or industry role, with a strong background in TMT initiatives. Below are some of the key skills and qualifications we are seeking:

  • You are able to demonstrate deep expertise across at least one major TMT vertical
  • You are able to translate industry trends into actionable strategies for clients
  • You have experience in operating independently and/or leading teams to deliver complex projects or workstreams
  • You have experience and/or interest in one or more of the following areas: strategy development, transformation, operating model & organizational design, process improvement, change management, technology implementation, post merger integration
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience in business & people development, coaching & mentoring
