You are a detail-oriented, delivery-focused product manager who takes genuine pride in shipping features that work for all users both internal and external. You have navigated the full product development lifecycle, from discovery and requirement writing through sprint execution, QA, and launch.

You are technically comfortable. You can read API documentation, understand data schemas, and have credible conversations with engineers about tradeoffs and constraints without needing to be an engineer yourself. You convert ambiguous feedback from sales, client services, and advertiser partners into crisp, actionable problem statementsand candeliveryon what is needed from that.

You advocate fiercely for theuserexperience in every planning conversation taking ownership, thinking beyond the ticket, and developing your instincts for roadmap strategy and stakeholder alignment.

The Job:

As anAd Tech Product Lead, Retail & Media Commerce,you will own the end-to-end delivery of a defined set of retail media platform capabilitiesbyworking across engineering, data, design, and business stakeholders to define, prioritize, build, and launch features that drive advertiser performance and operational efficiency.

You will write product requirements, manage sprintplanningand backlog grooming, define success metrics, and track adoption post-launch. This role emphasizes delivery excellence, cross-functional coordination, and continuous improvement of advertiser tooling.

Responsibilities:

  • Own a defined area of the retail media product roadmap, from discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization
  • Write clear and complete product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies in partnership with engineering squads
  • Translate advertiser, sales, and client feedback into prioritized product requirements and backlog items
  • Define KPIs and success metrics for each capability and track performance against them post-launch
  • Partner with Data & Insights on instrumentation, A/B testing, and measurement of product features
  • Collaborate with UX and design to ensure advertiser-facing tooling is intuitive and low-friction, especially for self-serve workflows
  • Communicate roadmap status, delivery risks, and tradeoff decisions to senior stakeholders clearly and proactively
  • Conduct user research and synthesize findings into product decisions and backlog priorities
  • Contribute to reusable product templates, requirement frameworks, and delivery best practices

Here's what you need:

  • 5+years of product management experience in ad tech, retail media, e-commerce platforms, or related digital media environments
  • 5+years experienceowningfeatures from discovery through delivery, including writingclear product requirements, and managingcross-functional workstreams in an agile environment
  • 3+years experiencewithprogrammatic ad products, campaign management workflows, or measurement and reporting tooling

Bonus points if:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your messageforengineers, business stakeholders, and client-facing teams alike.
  • Experience implementing or integrating product and tech partners into a ground zero or existing ad tech stack and workflows
  • Action-oriented product leader with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong organizational and delivery skills, with experience managing complex, multi-workstream product initiatives
  • Retail Media experience from a sell-side perspective, with a focus on product development, planning, and best-in-class execution
  • Data-driven decision maker, using client performance data and industry knowledge to inform product priorities and tradeoffs
  • Collaborative team leader, excelling in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional environments
  • Entrepreneurial and product-minded, with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically to solve complex problems
