JOB SUMMARYThe Digital Media Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality photo and video content that supports Do Supply’s website, blog, social media platforms, and YouTube channel. This role focuses heavily on creating professional product photography for the website, ensuring accurate representation, consistency, and visual appeal that supports conversions and brand standards.The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and capable of managing projects from concept through production and post-production while maintaining efficiency and quality.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Plan, produce, and edit high-quality product photography for use across the company website, ensuring accurate representation, consistency, and visual appeal.

·       Capture and edit additional visual content including lifestyle imagery, promotional photography, educational videos, product demonstrations, and brand storytelling assets.

·       Produce and edit video content for website, blog, social media platforms, and YouTube, optimizing for engagement and platform-specific requirements.

·       Collaborate with the Content Manager and marketing team to develop visual concepts aligned with strategic initiatives and campaigns.

·       Manage lighting, audio, equipment setup, and studio operations to maintain professional production standards.

·       Organize, catalog, and optimize digital media assets for web performance and platform specifications.

·       Monitor content performance and recommend improvements to enhance engagement and overall impact.

METRICS

·       Quality and consistency of product photography across the website.

·       Timely delivery of photo and video assets.

·       Engagement and performance of visual content across website and social platforms.

·       Contribution of visual content to marketing campaigns and brand initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

·       Required

·       Strong photography and videography skills with a professional portfolio.

·       Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

·       Experience with photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar).

·       Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio production.

·       Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

·       Strong organizational and communication skills.

·       Preferred

·       2–5+ years of professional photo/video production experience.

·       Experience creating content for YouTube and social media platforms.

·       Understanding of branding and digital marketing principles.

·       Familiarity with motion graphics or basic animation.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s Degree in Media Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent work experience considered.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Frequent standing and movement during shoots.

Occasional lifting and setup of photography and video equipment.

Continuous computer use for editing and post-production.

EMPLOYEE EVALUATION SUMMARY

·       Introductory Review – Conducted approximately 80 days after employment to assess initial performance and fit.

·       Monthly Reviews – Focused on production output, quality, and timeliness.

·       Annual Reviews – Comprehensive evaluation of creative contribution and overall performance impact.

WORK SCHEDULE

Standard hours are 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with flexibility as required to meet project deadlines and company objectives.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

Professional office or remote work environment. Business-casual dress code. Employees are expected to maintain professionalism, adhere to company security standards, and ensure reliable communication during business hours.
