We are currently looking for an Entry-Level Marketing Assistant to join us in our Fuquay-Varina store.
PURPOSE
To work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement online and offline marketing strategies, ensuring they meet best practices and assist in day-to-day operations in both online and office environments. This is an entry-level position which requires on-site, in-office work.
BASIC FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handles company reputation management platform daily for social media by replying to online reviews and forwarding notification to appropriate staff members.
Assists Marketing Manager with scheduling content for social media channels including Facebook, Google, and Instagram using online reputation management software.
Assists Marketing Manager with printing and laminating of materials including flyers, price tags, and store signage.
Performs routine and as-needed updates to company website using WordPress.
Manage event supplies inventory and distribution for company sponsorships across 35 stores.
Fulfill internal orders and distribution of supplies for other store locations including equipment decals, business cards, John Deere literature and sales folders.
Handle customer inquiries received through our website and social media by forwarding or responding to messages on a daily basis.
Create and utilize QR codes in marketing materials including price tags.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Good understanding of present day online marketing channels and usage.
Must be a self-starter with outstanding communication skills and a positive attitude.
Is highly productive on a daily basis and is able to manage a daily, weekly and monthly schedule.
A fast learner that is great at time management and eager to acquire new skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Weight Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs.
Mobility: Squatting, bending, climbing, lifting, reaching, twisting, standing, sitting and repetitive keyboarding for long durations of time.
