The Manager, Media Operations supports the execution and optimization ofSharkNinja'sDemand Acceleration Platform, helping ensure paid media campaigns are launched accurately, measured consistently, and governed according to global standards.

The Manager, Media Operations serves as an operational partner to media, analytics, technology, and agency teams by supporting campaign trafficking, naming conventions, data quality, tagging standards, reporting readiness, and workflow improvements. The ideal Manager, Media Operations is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytically minded, and eager to learn how world-class media operations enable faster decision-making and stronger business results.

This is a hands-on role focused on execution, process management, and operational excellence rather than team leadership or enterprise-wide governance.

Responsibilities Media Operations & Campaign Execution
  • Support campaign setup, trafficking, QA, and launch processes across major media platforms.
  • Facilitates and expedites paid social boosting with Media Agency
  • Apply and validate naming conventions, campaign taxonomies, tracking requirements, and media standards.
  • Review campaigns for accuracy prior to launch and identify issues before they impact performance.
  • Partner with agency and platform teams to troubleshoot launch, tracking, or reporting issues.
  • Maintain documentation, templates, creative specifications, and operational resources.
Data Quality & Measurement Support
  • Support implementation and maintenance of taxonomy standards across platforms.
  • Monitor campaign tracking, UTMs, tags, and pixels to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Assist in investigating data discrepancies and work with analytics teams to resolve issues.
  • Help maintain accurate campaign metadata to support reporting, attribution, and financial reconciliation.
  • Support measurement readiness for dashboards, experiments, and reporting initiatives.
Process Management & Operational Excellence
  • Help manage workflows from campaign intake through launch and reporting.
  • Maintain SOPs, checklists, and process documentation to improve consistency.
  • Track operational service levels and support adherence to launch timelines.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through templates, automation, and streamlined processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
Brand Safety & Compliance Support
  • Support implementation of brand safety and suitability controls across platforms.
  • Assist with monitoring verification tools and tracking compliance requirements.
  • Help maintain documentation related to tracking governance, privacy requirements, and platform updates.
  • Escalate potential issues or risks when identified.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with media planning, investment, analytics, creative, finance, and regional media teams.
  • Coordinate with agencies and vendor partners to ensure operational requirements are met.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on operational readiness, campaign launches, and process improvements.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for day-to-day media operations support.
What You’ll Bring Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in media operations, ad operations, digital marketing, media activation, marketing analytics, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, DV360, CM360, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of campaign trafficking, tracking parameters, pixels, tags, and measurement fundamentals.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with data and identifying inconsistencies or operational issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills are important.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting paid media campaigns in an agency, retailer, brand, or technology environment.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
  • Exposure to tag management solutions such as GTM or Tealium.
  • Interest in workflow automation, AI-enabled processes, or operational improvement.
  • Platform certifications in Google, Meta, Amazon, TikTok, or related technologies.
