Job description

A well-established and growing real estate owner/operator is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead its marketing initiatives across multiple residential communities. This is an outstanding opportunity for a creative, strategic marketer who enjoys wearing multiple hats and making a visible impact on a growing organization.

The successful candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support leasing efforts, and enhance the customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Manage website content, SEO, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • Create compelling marketing collateral, photography, video, and written content
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns and manage relationships with outside agencies and vendors
  • Monitor marketing performance and analyze campaign results to optimize ROI
  • Support community events, promotions, and resident engagement initiatives
  • Manage online reputation, review sites, and social media engagement
  • Collaborate with internal leadership on branding, communications, and growth initiatives
Qualifications
