• Use WordPress and dealership website tools to update pages, banners, forms, navigation, staff information, promotional content, monthly specials and campaign landing pages.
• Conduct routine website quality checks and coordinate corrections with digital partners while applying working knowledge of SEO, accessibility and basic HTML.
Reputation and Community Management
• Monitor and help manage customer reviews, social media comments, direct messages, mentions and questions across Google, CARFAX, Yelp, Facebook, Instagram and other priority platforms.
• Respond in a helpful, respectful and customer-focused tone, escalating concerns to the appropriate manager and coordinating follow-up when needed.
• Maintain accurate online business listings and profiles across Hoselton locations and departments.
PPC, Vendor Management and Performance Reporting
• Monitor paid media and digital performance throughout the month, working with vendors to identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency, lead volume, market share and return on investment.
• Prepare clear monthly reporting covering social media, paid media, website traffic, conversions, leads, calls and vendor performance.
Additional Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team, dealership departments, OEM representatives and digital partners to support promotions, campaigns, content and community initiatives.
• Stay current with automotive and digital marketing trends and share relevant opportunities with the Marketing Department Manager.

• Competency with Adobe Creative Suite and short-form video editing.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and LLM-based AI tools.
• Basic familiarity with WordPress or other CMS, and HTML.
