Summary:

Responsible for developing and administering social media content that is designed to enhance our brand and build strong online communities through various social media platforms, engage guests and create an interactive relationship between guests and the property. Also collects and reviews social media data to develop more effective campaigns.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Develop social media campaigns that help to achieve company marketing goals
  • Develop reports on emerging social media trends
  • Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content.
  • Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation. Monitor online reviews and respond to each review.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Advocate for the company in social media spaces, engaging in dialogues and answering questions where appropriate.
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
