We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and hands-on Social and Digital Media Manager to lead and elevate our social presence across corporate and executive channels. This role will own the day-to-day strategy, content planning, channel management, and performance optimization for our brand across established and emerging platforms, including LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, Substack, and other relevant digital communities.
This person will play a critical role in shaping how our company shows up in the market, strengthens executive visibility, drives engagement and builds credibility with employees, customers, partners, prospects, media, analysts, and industry influencers. The right candidate brings at least 10 years of experience, strong editorial instincts, a deep understanding of digital storytelling, and the ability to operate with speed in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the strategy and execution for the company's global social and digital media presence across corporate channels
  • Build and manage a forward-looking social media roadmap that supports brand visibility, thought leadership, product marketing, corporate communications, demand generation, and employer brand objectives
  • Partner closely with executives to strengthen executive presence on social channels through content development, calendar management, platform strategy, and audience engagement
  • Expand the company's presence on emerging and influence-driven platforms such as YouTube, Reddit, Substack, Linkedin groups and other communities relevant to supply chain, commerce, AI, and enterprise technology
  • Develop channel-specific content strategies that reflect platform behavior, audience expectations, and business goals
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content including social copy, video concepts, executive posts, newsletters, community posts, and campaign assets
  • Translate complex enterprise technology, SaaS, and supply chain topics into engaging, relevant, and accessible digital content
  • Manage editorial calendars and ensure a consistent, timely, and high-quality publishing cadence across channels
  • Monitor trends, conversations, and competitive activity to identify timely opportunities for the brand and executives to participate in relevant discussions
  • Build and scale reporting frameworks to measure channel performance, engagement, audience growth, share of voice, and business impact
  • Use analytics and insights to continuously optimize content, channel mix, and platform strategy
  • Partner with PR, brand, content, product marketing, customer marketing, demand generation, and creative teams to align messaging and campaigns across channels
  • Support major company moments such as product launches, customer stories, media opportunities, conferences, and corporate announcements
  • Help establish governance, best practices, and playbooks for social media publishing, executive engagement, and community participation
  • Manage agency and freelancer support as needed

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 10 years of experience in social media, digital content, corporate communications, brand marketing, or related roles
  • Strong experience managing corporate social media for a B2B, SaaS, enterprise technology, or fast-paced technology company
  • Proven success building executive social presence and thought leadership programs
  • Demonstrated experience growing and managing presence on both established and emerging platforms
  • Strong planning, writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt tone for corporate brand, executive voice, and different digital audiences
  • Excellent editorial judgment and a sharp understanding of what drives engagement, relevance, and credibility in B2B digital channels
  • Strong grasp of social analytics, reporting, and platform performance metrics
  • Experience working cross-functionally with executives and senior stakeholders in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, turn content quickly, and maintain high standards under tight timelines
  • Comfort with video-led content strategy, community engagement, and audience-building approaches beyond traditional social media
  • Familiarity with supply chain, commerce, logistics, enterprise software, or adjacent industries is preferred
