As the Human Resources Business Administrator, you will serve as a key member of the station leadership team, working directly with the Vice President/General Manager and supporting four television stations-WGMB FOX 44, WVLA NBC Local 33, WBRL CW21, and KZUP.   • Purchase and maintain office and station supplies.
  • Participate in weekly leadership meetings and contribute to operational planning.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience supporting multiple business functions in a fast-paced environment preferred.
  • Media, broadcasting, or television industry experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
