We are seeking an experienced, full-time Office Manager/Assistant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, service-driven, and brings at least 2 years of sales experience, along with strong administrative and interpersonal skills. Position Summary
As Assistant Office Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for students, families, teachers, and leadership. This role combines customer service, enrollment support, sales, administrative duties, and team coordination to help maintain a positive, organized, and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Front Desk Leadership
  • Greet students and families with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and return phone calls promptly while prioritizing in-person interactions
  • Conduct tours, explain programs, and convert inquiries into enrollments
  • Provide consultative sales support to help families choose the right programs
Student Safety & Facility Oversight
  • Enforce safety protocols, especially for students under 13
  • Perform regular walkthroughs to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming space
  • Monitor lobby and classroom areas for organization and cleanliness
Teacher & Team Support
  • Keep lessons running on schedule and address issues quickly
  • Support communication and coordination for a team of 60+ instructors
  • Supervise the Office Assistant during shifts
Administrative & Sales Support
  • Process enrollments and trial lessons accurately
  • Respond to inquiries via email and social media
  • Assist with marketing efforts, including flyers and basic materials
  • Sell retail items with product knowledge and enthusiasm
Shift Communication & Operations
  • Maintain clear documentation of daily activities
  • Ensure smooth transitions between shifts
  • Perform light cleaning tasks (vacuuming, trash, etc.)
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in soft sales, customer service, or office administration
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented, outgoing, and service-focused
  • Availability for a full-time schedule (40 hours/week, 5 days/week), including at least two Saturdays per month
